the location was reasonable.
the breakfast options were limited. i found it difficult to find appealing choices (i prefer western-style breakfasts). the room cleanliness was also subpar, i noticed dust in several areas.

I found the location quite convenient with shops and restaurants nearby. the staff were always helpful and professional at all times. i especially liked my suite. It included all necessary cutleries and even an oven. the rooms were kept clean, and housekeeping provided daily service. I really valued this.
the parking required validation, which wasn't initially communicated to me. i only learned about it the second day of my stay. a simple sign explaining the procedure would be helpful .

The breakfast had good choices and was plentiful each morning. i saw a great variety of selections. most items were the same daily. this is a minor point as the food was good and plentiful.

the pool area had a large pool that looked great. i also appreciated that the gym contained updated equipment and that it was cleaned regularly. these facilities definitely added to my overall positive experience.

the breakfast service felt subpar especially for a supposed four-star place i asked for cutlery and jam and a staff member just pointed towards the kitchen i guess they thought i looked capable of foraging myself also the bathroom had some mould i'm not sure how that's considered acceptable anywhere

the room provided complete facilities it included everything i needed. location was convenient located in the middle of the city center. i found moving around quite easy from here i loved this aspect.
the bathroom had a bit of mold i noticed this immediately. water pressure was not great it was a minor inconvenience. the staff at the breakfast buffet area were not the best i have experienced better service.
